Up Front is a non-profit making group, which is run on a voluntary basis to provide a support network to breast cancer sufferers.

Two Specialist breast cancer nurses established the group in January 2005. The group originally had five members but this has now grown to over 200 members throughout the Chiltern area who meet on a monthly basis. All donations raised through the various raffles and events are donated to a breast cancer charity which is chosen on an annual basis by group members.
