Mr Westcott was a consultant Colorectal Surgeon at Guys’ and St Thomas’ NHS foundation Trust from 2012-2021 and is now full-time private.

He grew up in Worcestershire and came to London to study Medicine at St Mary’s Hospital Medical School. During his surgical training he worked in five of London’s prestigious Teaching hospitals and undertook an MD into the pathogenesis of Crohn’s disease at St Mark’s Hospital
