Dr Tucker is a Consultant Neurologist at the regional Neurosciences centre at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He also provides an outreach Neurology service to the East Lancashire region. 

He graduated from the University of Manchester in 2012 and completed his post graduate medical training within the Northwest region, gaining his membership to the Royal College of Physicians in 2015. Dr Tucker then trained in Neurology at the Manchester Centre for Clinical Neurosciences and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
 
Dr Tucker has a keen interest in all aspects of clinical Neurology with a particular interest in Parkinson’s disease, movement disorders, neurodegenerative disease, and functional neurological disorders. He co-leads the movement disorder service at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr Tucker is a keen educator. He currently mentors Neurology trainees working within the region and is an active contributor in clinical research. 

Away from work Dr Tucker is a keen runner and father to his two young children.
