Dr Hay Ming Blunt

Dr Blunt graduated from Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Medical School London in 2003, initially undergoing surgical training in Australia and the UK before switching to GP speciality training in Dorset.

He has had extensive training in orthopaedics, ENT, vascular/general surgery, emergency medicine, care of the elderly, obstetrics and gynaecology and rheumatology which has provided a core understanding to provide outstanding general practice and health assessment services.

He currently practices as an NHS GP in Dorchester as well as his clinic at the Winterbourne.  He is also the clinical lead for both the Dorset Integrated Care Board and Dorset Healthcare.  With this wealth of experience, Dr Blunt can provide holistic, patient centred care, closely liaising with his consultant colleagues here at the Winterbourne having worked alongside them for many years.

Dr Blunt offers 30 minute appointments to allow you time to fully discuss your health concerns.
