Personal Profile

Dr Srikantha assesses and manages a broad range of other neurological symptoms and disorders including but not limited to headaches (such as migraine/tension headaches), cerebrovascular disease, cognitive impairment, dementia, movement disorders (such as Parkinson's disease and tremors), multiple sclerosis, other neuroinflammatory disorders and disorders of the nerve (such as neuropathy).

Her specialist interest is in the diagnosis and management of patients with epilepsy (including first fits and blackouts). Dr Srikantha believes in delivering the highest quality patient care with emphasis on communication, clarity and compassion.

She completed her medical training at the University of London, along with a BSc in Immunobiology and Pathology at Imperial College London. Her early post-graduate years were spent in the Oxford and London deaneries. This included a period of study on the value of array comparative genome hybridisation (array CGH) among tertiary epilepsy patients at King's College Hospital.

Dr Srikantha completed her clinical neurology training at a number of neurosciences centres including Queen's Medical Centre and St George's University Hospital.

She is published in both scientific and clinical literature.
