Dr Aseri is a leading Consultant in Pain Medicine and Anaesthesia, and is committed to excellence in clinical care through a collaborative approach for patients suffering from chronic pain.

He is highly experienced in assisting patients with chronic pain management from numerous areas of the body, be it chronic back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, pelvic pain, sciatica, chronic joint pain such as hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow (from before and/or after joint replacement surgery) or fibromyalgia (chronic widespread pain), whiplash injury.

Dr Aseri provides a holistic approach to patients with chronic pain by blending advanced medical knowledge and modern treatment options with truly individualised care. He is committed to excellence in clinical care through a collaborative approach for patients suffering from chronic pain. He enjoys working with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopaedics, neurosurgeons, GP’s, physiotherapists and psychologists. His team embraces an integrative model of patient-centric care and focuses on a holistic approach to pain management, encouraging healthy lifestyle changes and promoting overall well-being.

He performs over 300 pain management procedures annually. In March 2019, he was recognised as the ‘Anaesthesia & Pain Medicine Consultant of the Year for North West England’ in GHP’s 2019 Private Healthcare Awards.

He works as a Consultant in Pain Medicine & Anaesthesia and is Clinical Lead for Acute Pain Services at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. He enjoys the North West of England region as he gets to meet and interact with a variety of lovely individuals and there’s always a friendly face! His private clinics are based at The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, The Highfield Hospital in Rochdale and The Beaumont Hospital in Bolton. He believes this increases accessibility to his patients as they don’t have to travel too far to obtain excellent care.

He obtained CCT in Anaesthetics in August 2015 and completed advanced pain training at well-renowned tertiary pain centre, The Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Liverpool and obtained a Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FFPMRCA).
