Mr Kalogrianitis is a leading orthopaedic surgeon specialising in the management and surgical treatment of shoulder problems. Minimally-invasive, contemporary, state-of-the-art arthroscopic techniques are used to accelerate the recovery process for challenging conditions such as shoulder instability, rotator cuff disease, frozen shoulder, as well as shoulder arthritis and stiffness. He was appointed Consultant to the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust with a special interest in shoulder surgery.
Mr Kalogrianitis has been involved in clinical research resulting in publications and presentations on different aspects of shoulder surgery.
Mr Kalogrianitis has a special interest in arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair and arthroscopic shoulder stabilisation techniques including arthroscopic Bankart Repair and arthroscopic Latarjet procedure.
