Personal Profile
Dr Parikh studied Medicine at the University of Southampton, before moving to the West Midlands for his post-graduate training. After obtaining his MRCP qualification, he undertook specialist training in Rehabilitation Medicine, gaining expertise in the care of patients with complex neurological disabilities.
He is currently working as a Consultant in Birmingham in both the acute and community settings, caring for patients from the hyperacute phase, through to their community re-integration. He is involved in research and also in educating and supervising medical students.
