Dr Roy provides a wide range of services including family medicine, care of the elderly, medication reviews, skin conditions, private scan requests, private physiotherapy referrals, private referral to appropriate on-site consultants, sick notes as appropriate and private prescriptions. Dr Roy also provides Well Woman and Well Man Health checks. She can also offer advice about Menopause and HRT, contraceptive advice, Visa Medicals, pre-employment medicals and DVLA medicals.
Born in India, she can speak multiple languages - English, Bengali and Hindi which would benefit the patients of an Ethnic Minority. Dr Roy is a single mother of two lovely boys for the past 14 years, dedicating her life to bringing them up and working for the National Health Service. She has brought them up singlehandedly financially, emotionally and practically, whilst continuing her working life as a committed NHS GP where she is now a Senior Partner. Her boys have now both graduated and flown the nest. This has freed up her time to expand her service as an experienced GP in the Private sector too while continuing as a part-time Senior GP Partner in her NHS Practice.
