HOW TO REFER CONSULTANT REFERRAL OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Consultant Referral

You can refer direct to a Consultant at any of BMI’s hospitals.

For a directory of consultant names and hospitals click here. You can refer using the following methods:
  • Send online using the referral form to our National Enquiry Centre. Your patient will be contacted with the first available appointment.
  • Call the GP Hotline on 0808 101 0336.
  • Or, download a referral form and fax to: 0141 300 2302
  • Or, write your own letter of referral and post to the consultant at:
