Steven Thrush is an experienced breast reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon who has been a Consultant Breast Surgeon in Worcester since 2004.
Named in the top breast reconstruction surgeons in the UK in the Daily Mail and reaching the final five of the Best NHS Doctor as part of the NHS 70 celebrations.
He is passionate about education and has been involved with the Royal College of Surgeons of England breast courses since 2005. He is also a module lead for the Oncoplastic Breast Masters Course run through University of East Anglia. He has lectured internationally and published numerous academic papers on breast surgery.
His interests include breast implant reconstruction, psychological effects of breast cancer, and he was a founder of the iBRA trial.
He also was instrumental in transforming the breast service in Worcestershire by leading the charity that built and continues to improve the Breast Unit.
